Well today got off to a busy start. Had to get my tires rotated first thing this morning. I have to say this is one of those mornings where I really REALLY wanted coffee. After my rotation was done I went home and picked up my girlfriend to go pickup her first subscription box of food from the store. After we did that we ended up going to Chipotle Mexican Grill for lunch. Before I get into dinner and the rest I’m going to post the quick stats.

Days: 11 Average Weight loss: .97 lbs per day
Gained 3.2 lbs back – NOT GOOD
So the weight went up another pound and this leads me to Saturday night. We ended up ordering cheese fries and bacon with sour cream to share and I got a slice of pizza. I know, I can’t believe i just wrote that. It was 10pm we were both hungry and well we got ourselves into trouble. I ate 3/4 of the pizza and threw it out, it was gross, had probably been sitting around all day as the sauce could have been used as spackle! It was dried out from being reheated. None of it was worth it really. I am not happy I have already gained back 3.2 lbs as I will miss my goal of dropping 15-20lbs by the end of the month. I am in for a long fight with food, its that simple. The pre-made meals have been hit and miss, the chicken dishes have all been extremely dry with the exception of one of them. If you don’t enjoy what you are eating it makes it that much more difficult to stick to the plan.
I have a lot more to do so that is I have for now.
