I stayed on track last night and did not deviate. I didn’t really have any cravings which is good considering lunch sucked yesterday. I don’t know how this place that I am getting the pre-made meals from cooks their chicken but sometimes it so dry it takes a liter of water just to wash it down. On to today’s stats

Already my feet are better from yesterday but they still remain swollen. I woke up with a terrible headache that has been going all day. I am not sure if this is due to the sudden diet fluctuations or due to the severe weather change. I decided to skip watching The Expanse last night so I could get to bed on time I will catch it on Sling tonight. I am still tired but not as bad as the past three days.
The hard part of this is I have realized stress is a big factor in my bad eating, that an laziness but the laziness is brought on by too much stress. I have not been completing projects like I want to and this is adding to my stress levels but when I get overwhelmed I shutdown and the cycle repeats again.
I am able to grind away for several days and make good progress and then it just grinds to a halt because the stress piles up and I get easily distracted but if I do not force myself to be busy then I just waste time. It makes no sense. This I know is affecting my eating and in turn my eating is affecting my focus.
Until I get down to 320 or below I have a hell of a fight on my hands. I believe I may be having low blood sugar and high blood sugar spikes hence the feeling like crap, moodiness etc. when eating clean for several days and then if I eat bad that goes away but then several days later comes back as I am eating clean again. I have to find a way to level out my sugar levels without dropping and spiking. I think the drop and spike is just setting me up for other health issues, namely diabetes. I think the orange juice in the morning helped round this out a little more but it is too much sugar.
I’m going to take a Tylenol for now and try to kick this headache, that’s all I’m going to write for now my head is pounding too much to continue writing right now.
